Hall 14

This hall houses a collection of statues of the Roman Emperors and their family members, found in Alexandria and other parts of the country, and some of them of unknown origin.
The north wall of the hall contains a huge headless statue of the Emperor Commodus (180-192AD) depicting the Emperor in a sporty form. Found in Mconobis (Al Nasr suburb) to the east of the old city. White marble. Dedicated by ex king Farouk.
