The flooring of this hall is made of mosaic found in Shatbi area. Rectangular in shape, it is consisted of thousands of colored small pieces of stones. The design is that of a blossoming flower surrounded by the famous frame called "Elianander". At the four corners of this scene there are four glass goblets.
The flooring represents the exquisite standard of perfection in the art of mosaic pertaining to the ancient Alexandrian school of art. Found in El Shatbi area that lies within the boundaries of the Royal Avenue or right next to it.
In the four alcoves of this hall, a collection of marble and chalkstone statues is exhibited.
