Hall 20

In this hall, collections of monuments discovered at he beginning of last century in the graveyards of Chatbi, Ibrahimiya, El Hadra and old Canub are exhibited. They are mainly collections of Greek drinking pots mated of Terracotta or pottery and painted in bright black color. Another collection of opulent incense pots known as "Albastron" carved out of Egyptian alabaster. There are some musical instruments and a door of a tomb made of marble, burial utensils that date back to the 4th or 3rd century BC. They all represent the prevalent Alexandrian culture during the Hellenistic era.
